Mankind can accept any change as long as it is gradual enough. Society has OFFICIALLY been dumbed down. Dolts to left of me, dolts to the right, here I am stuck in the middle with millions of Geo. W. Mirena coil, help!?

Had mirena fitted on 4th may 2002 at my 6 week postnatal check its been fab and not had a period until today. I know this coil is supposed to be taken out/changed after 5 years, this is around now obviously. Does anyone know if having a period is a sign it is no longer effective or if i am at risk of getting pregnant?

Ipod dies because of cold..way around?

When i snowboard. my fully charged ipod gets too cold and dies. i go inside warm it up. like full battery!!!! is there a case or something i could make that can keep it from dying i the cold weather!!!!!
