How long would it take me to lose 23 kgs?

sadly weight loss is not a simple matter. on average a .5 to 1 lb a week loss is normal. the more you weigh the more you will lose at first but it will take time. just make sure your burning more calories then you take in or you will be going no where fast. diet is 80% of exercising. try interval training at the gym. you can type it in google and you will get tons of info on it.
