After one year of piano lessons, how skilled should I be?

I'm almost fourteen and i've been taking piano lessons for a little over fifteen months. I am currently learning the song Sonatina in G Major by Beethoven and it is a fair challenge for me but I am learning it well. Should I be learning more advanced music by now? What kind of skills should I have? I am also performing a level three solo for state adjudication. Again, should I be on a more advanced level? It goes up to six.
