If you're using and up-to-date light microscope to examine animal cells, you won't be able to detect?

Ribosomes, and i can only comment from a blood cell point of view, you can see a cell membrane, the nucleus and can also see bacteria in the rare instance when it is present, and a white blood cell would be clified as a amimal cell, using an electron microscope you could see the ribosomes.
