Opinions on my short writing, please?

It's pretty good, and I really like how you added little details, like the smell of vanilla candles, and the feel of the carpet floor. I spot a few errors in grammar, but that's okay... every writer has them. This makes me wonder what they discussed about, and why! Good job!
