Why is he being so friggin weird?!?

well he is obviously being weird because you havent told him your response to asking you out! the longest you should wait is 30 minutes! that is sooo mean that you didnt tell him and is probably mad at you right now. tell him you just want to be friends and i hope our friendship can last, and say im deeply sorry for not telling you earlier.
