Yahoo! Groups Question?

I am having a little problem with a group I just created and I am stumped. I log in to my group as ususaly, I can see all of the messages that I posted to my employees but when they log in they cannot see them, and there is no link like on my groups homepage for them to see the message board. I logged in with my employees userID and he cant see anything, just POST, not MESSAGES link like I have. I looked everywhere in the settings and didnt see where to change this option as a moderator or member, but maybe I am missing it. Help appreciated. Thanks!
