Cramping leading up too a BFP sign or AF is on it's way..Curious?

First time i got pregnant was an accident (ended in m/c) and i kept getting cramping and all the symptoms like my period was coming on. Finally i realized my period was almost 2 weeks over due. Tested and got a positive. So it is possible. Good luck.
