Is it possible for me to play games from cd roms on mini laptops?

The one I have is a Samsung N130... ...With Intel GMA 950 graphics. I'm relatively uncertain about whether or not such graphics are able to play games like sims 2, age of empires 3 and so on. I was hoping maybe someone could perhaps tell me?
