So here i am with another pregnancy question?
I find that drinking a couple gles of ice cold milk before bed helps me with heartburn. And ol' reliable tums, though it takes a lot of them it seems! Pregnancy heartburn for me is more like acid reflux. Try smaller meals and snacks throughout the day. That seems to help me too. Since you have a prominent sweet tooth, maybe vanilla frozen yogurt before bed would help with both? I have a pregnant sweet tooth too, and to be honest there's nothing I can do to curb it. Try freezing gs and eating those, or flavored yogurts (like strawberry cheesecake from yoplait) as healthier options. And get smaller packages of things. Like now that it's Halloween get the trick or treat skittles, and maybe a little will go a long way? Hey, worth a shot. Congrats!
