Will Texans vote on legalizing casinos in Texas in the November 6, 2007 elections?

Looks like it will go straight to the Texas voters on November 6th. It is about time too. Really drives me crazy to drive past a casino in Oklahoma or Louisiana and see all the Texas license plates in the parking lot. That is money leaving our state - money that could be well spent on education and to help offset the $600 million in federal highway dollars we are having to send back to DC!
