Help, I ate too much today. Would jump roping burn it off? I need ideas.?

Yeah jumping rope is a great way to burn calories! Jump rope for about a minute and then do push ups or planks for a minute this will give you cardio and help to tone your whole body. About the bread and pasta look up the paleo diet! It completely excludes grain so it will give you some good food ideas. I personally drink a gl of orange juice for breakfast and eat eggs, snack on almonds throughout the day, eat three servings of fruit, drink some v8, eat some sort of lean meat usually baked for supper, and finish it all off with a yogurt. This works really well for me and drink plenty of water. Hope this helps! :)
