Which Castlevania game should I get for the DSi?

I love the Castlevania series, I have ever since the beginning on the NES. I have the first three and also the Playstation versions. I recently bought a DSi and I was wondering which I should get, if not all? Dawn of Sorrow sounded interesting, as you play as Julius Belmont, the (claimed) mightiest Belmont of them all. If I should indeed get them all, which would be good to start out with? Any input on this?
